Attendees will learn how to trim, rub, inject, and smoke authentic barbecue using the major types of competition meats including ribs, chicken and brisket. The best part? Attendees will get to feast on the BBQ meats throughout the class. Each class is $30 or register for all three classes for $60. Limited space available so register by April 25.
