There are three clinics: a 5 km clinic for the new or beginning runner, a 10 km clinic for people who would like to improve their running time or increase the distance they already run; and a half marathon clinic. Runners registering for the half marathon clinic should already be able to run 10 km.

Due to the limited spaces, children must be pre-registered prior to the date of the activity. This weeks theme is: Take a Trip with Flat Stanley.
